NOTE: Our Jacobsen Center is located just 1/2 a mile North at 208 S. Hwy. #17 on the East side of the street.

Driving Directions:

From the junction of U.S. 17S and SR. 207 in East Palatka, Florida, proceed south on Hwy, 17 approximately ½ mile to Lake’s Housing Center on the left side of the divided highway at 290 Hwy. 17S.

From St. Augustine, Florida, proceed west on SR. 207 to U.S. 17. Turn left and proceed approximately ½ mile to Lake’s Housing Center on the left side of the divided highway at 290 Hwy. 17S.

From Jacksonville, Florida, proceed south on U.S. 17 to Palatka, Florida. Go through Palatka and drive over the Memorial Bridge at the St. Johns River to East Palatka, Florida. Go approximately ½ mile past SR. 207 to Lake’s Housing Center on the left side of the divided highway to 290 Hwy. 17S.

From Volusia County, Flagler County and all points south of Palatka proceed north on U.S. 17 to Lake’s Housing Center at 290 Hwy.17S, in East Palatka, Florida.

From Marion County and all locations west of Palatka proceed to Palatka on SR 19. Turn right onto SR 100. U.S. 17 and SR 100 join in Palatka and share the roadway. Follow U.S. 17 over the Memorial Bridge over the St. John’s River to East Palatka. Continue approximately ½ mile south of SR. 207 to Lake’s Housing Center at 290 Hwy. 17S.
