Land and Home Programs

-Land in lieu of your down payment, no money down.

-As low as 3% down.

-Land improvements (well, septic, power pole, land clearing, culvert, plumbing, electrical, etc.), permits, and impact fees can be financed into the loan.

-We only deal with fixed rate loans.

-The more money you put down the lower the interest rate.

-The higher your credit score the lower the interest rate.
