Financing Programs Available at Lake's Housing Center

Home on only programs (Chattel Loans)

-Primary residency is available with as low as 3.5% down.

-Secondary housing is available with as low as 10% down.

-Interest rate buy down is available. Save more money!!!

Land and Home Programs

-Land in lieu of your down payment, no money down.

-As low as 3.5% down. Even no money down in some circumstances!!

-Land improvements (well, septic, power pole, land clearing, culvert, plumbing, electrical, etc.), permits, and impact fees can be financed into the loan.

-Interest rate buy down is available. Save more money!!!

 Important Notes

-We only deal with fixed rate loans. Variable rate is available only upon request.

-The more money you put down the lower the interest rate on home only loans.

-The higher your credit score the lower the interest rate.
